HILL LOCATION
19mos to Kindergarten
We offer early phonics, math skills, science activities, field trips and community guest speakers. We also provide ample opportunity for large and fine motor development, dance movements and instrumental music classes. We also offer summer programming that keeps kids engaged and active all summer long with fun weekly themes!
MEDICINE HAT CHRISTIAN SCHOOL LOCATION
Ages 3-Kindergarten
In addition to the same options offered at our Hill location, we provide a faith-based component that includes bible stories, scripture, worship and prayer. We also offer supplemental programming for children that attend the half day Kindergarten program at the Medicine Hat Christian School, to provide full time care.

Since 1999
KidsPlay Preschool has been established since September 1999! We have trained and experienced Early Childhood Educators that all have their first aid and criminal record checks. We pride ourselves on the quality care and program planning that our Early Childhood Educators put into each and every day. We work closely with the Medicine Hat School district #76 and the Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education here in Medicine Hat. They provide specialized support through Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy for children that require those types of services.
Creativity with Care
KidsPlay Preschool is a warm and loving environment where we see each child as a unique individual. We work closely with each family to provide support and encouragement to grow. We provide opportunities for parents to be involved by accompanying classes on monthly field trips.
Our children thrive in our warm affectionate atmosphere where learning self-respect as well as respect for others is a top priority.
Learning through Play
Our philosophy is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young children that supports social, cognitive, emotional, physical and language development. Traditional readiness skills are acquired through games, songs, building materials, sand and water play, etc. Children choose activities at their own interest and capability level, thus gaining positive self-concept and self-confidence.
Healthy Snacks!
We provide daily snacks that adhere to the Canada Food Guide. The children are able to enjoy some of their favorite foods (along with water and or milk) as well as being given the opportunity to check out something new.
Our snack calendar is always posted for the parents to see. The children will be given a choice of two nutritious snacks along with water and or milk.
Our Facilities
Trent Roset - AMP
With over a decade of teaching at AMP (Academy of Music & Performance) leading preschool music lessons, Trent will be bringing weekly music sessions to both locations that includes the introduction of new instruments, original & classic kids songs where the children are encouraged to sing & dance along.
Groovy Kidz Dance
Groovy Kidz Dance Ms. Carleen, a certified REFIT® Instructor, has created a Zumba style dance fitness program, which provides opportunities for youngsters to jump, dance and shake while building gross motor skills. A disco ball of lights, colors and music along with pool noodles and drumsticks makes for an energetic and fun experience for young children.
